STEVE JEKIELEK ORDAINED A PRIEST On Saturday, June 4th, 2011, Steve Jekielek, who has served here as a transitional deacon while completing his studies at Christ the King Seminary, was ordained a priest by Bishop Edward Kmiec at St. Joseph’s Cathedral.

PARISH NEIGHBORS HELP MAKE EASTER JOYFUL Parish Neighbors made a double effort to make Easter happier for those in need. On Tuesday, April 19th, they delivered spring flowers to parish shut-ins and on Wednesday, April 20th, they gave out Easter gifts of food for those in need. Thanks to all who helped, either by delivering or donating! |

BIBLE STUDY The "Good News in New Places" study began morning and evening sessions on April 27th.
On May 4th new officers were installed at the annual banquet, held this year at David’s Grill. |

May 1st was Divine Mercy Sunday. Special devotions took place at 3:00 PM in the church.
CHILDREN’S CHOIR SINGS FOR EASTER Wonderful music at all our Masses included the special treat of children’s voices at 11:00 AM Mass and The Women’s Choir at 9:00 AM. |

DEACON PETER Friar Peter Tremblay, a parishioner here since birth, was ordained a transitional deacon by Bishop Grosz, on Saturday, November 12th, at the chapel at St. Francis High School. |
